P1 Promenade and 'Bendy Tree' visit

Our Primary 1 pupils enjoyed a fantastic adventure in the great outdoors this week, taking their learning beyond the classroom to explore some of the wonderful sights right on our doorstep.

The children enjoyed a walk along Newcastle Promenade, spent time exploring the beach, and were especially excited to visit the famous ‘Bendy Tree’. It was a lovely opportunity for the children to learn more about their local environment, enjoy the fresh sea air and spend time learning together with their friends.

There were lots of smiles, questions, discoveries and excitement along the way! Experiences like these are a wonderful way to bring learning to life and help our youngest pupils develop a real appreciation for the beautiful area in which we live.
