You may be aware through Social media and/or the news that schools in Northern Ireland and Scotland have received, this morning, a threatening email that brings into question the safety of pupils and staff.
We have followed all advice to date from PSNI, EA and CCMS who are treating this as a malicious hoax.
However, we understand that parents will be naturally anxious and may want to collect their children from school as soon as you've received this message - this is perfectly fine, just phone the Office and arrangements will be made.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely. If any further details come in from PSNI, DE, EA or CCMS to close the school we will convey these to you as soon as possible.
